At Compliance11, I figured out how to sell and market the product before building the team around it. Built the entire GTM, sales, and marketing motion from scratch including a global channel partner program. That drove 2,400% revenue growth and set up the acquisition by Charles Schwab.

At MCO, for an equity stake, I walked into a staggering Compliance11 competitor and did it again. Got in, rebuilt the sales and marketing motion, launched a global partner program to drive distribution. Left them in a better place.

At Meru Interactive, I co-founded a custom software house in experiential marketing for the live event space. Every deal came through me. Product, sales, marketing, and full operator. Me and a team of developers I managed. Grew to over $3M per year with AWS, Intel, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, and Dell before Covid ended that chapter.

At ACA Group / Encore RCS, recruited post-acquisition as the sole Sales and Solutions Engineer. I owned the entire commercial motion for an AI-driven compliance platform. Hit the earn-out target.

Co-founder. Built the entire GTM from scratch, figured out how to sell into higher ed and K-12, and established the partner channel before scaling. Built on a partner-first model with VitalSource, BNC, Pearson, Digital Content, Kendall Hunt, Edvantech, Science Interactive, and Savvas Learning Company driving over half of revenue. Stepped back from day-to-day and building toward an exit.

KIDSLABZ  In development. A K-5 science lab experience built on the Beyond Labz SDK. More to come.

Built and oversee the iLabz team inside BYU Marriott's GlobalHub program. Students operate a live ed-tech venture running the same sales stack I use at Beyond Labz. Board chair and mentor with weekly KPI reviews and execution cadence. Positioned for potential BYU tech transfer.
